\nKey responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Office porterage as required, including office moves, furniture moves, deliveries and collections
\n\u2022 Logging and reporting all technical faults and arranging all office equipment fixtures and fittings
\n\u2022 Co-ordinating parking availability, security passes and the booking in of visitors and clients
\n\u2022 Carrying out periodic health and safety checks
\n\u2022 Carrying out risk assessments
\n\u2022 Preparing, printing, binding and archiving, when necessary, all company documents and reports
\n\u2022 Monitoring and maintaining stationary stock levels
\n\u2022 Sorting and distributing all incoming and outgoing faxes and mail
\n\u2022 Booking both domestic and international couriers
\n\u2022 Providing support and cover on reception when necessary
\n\u2022 Building a close relationship with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business
\nEssential requirements:
\n\u2022 Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. A degree-level qualification would be advantageous, but is by no means essential
\n\u2022 Proven experience in similar administrative roles
\n\u2022 Experience in a mail room environment
\n\u2022 Competent with Microsoft Office suite
