Managing individual home or property portfolio
\nManaging household staff, inclusive of structuring, recruitment, interviewing, mentoring, performance reviews and terminations
\nResearching and managing entrepreneurial ventures, property portfolios and large events
\nActing as gatekeeper and confidante to principal and family
\nImplementing procedures and structures within domestic staff where needed
\nPreparing budgets
\nTravelling prior to principal to ensure properties are ready for arrival and supervise staff
\nRepresenting principal(s) at meetings, functions and some events<\/p>\n
Essential requirements:<\/p>\n
Relevant chief of staff experience in a private household
\nProven track record of managing staff
\nOutstanding communication skills
\nStrong financial acumen
