\nComplex diary management, both business and personal, for the managing director and team
\nExtensive and efficient email correspondence
\nAnswering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
\nOrganisation of meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and minute-taking<\/p>\n
Essential requirements:<\/p>\n
Graduate of secretarial college desirable, but not necessary
\nAt least three years\u2019 experience in a similar role
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nCompetent with Microsoft Office suite
\nPolite telephone manner<\/p>\n
