\nAnswering telephones in a timely and affable manner, taking comprehensive messages when necessary

\nArranging internal and external meetings and their relevant logistics, including room booking, refreshments and document preparation
\nFormatting and typing letters, presentations and other correspondence as required
\nProcessing expense claims forms
\nProviding cover for other secretaries when necessary

Educated to a minimum A-Level standard
\nAt least two years\u2019 previous secretarial experience
\nAccustomed to working under pressure for a demanding team
