Procurement and contract management, including preparation of tender documents

\nManaging and facilitating of third-party suppliers in their provision of facilities services
\nBudgeting and record-keeping of third-party suppliers
\nActing as key point of contact for health and safety in the business
\nManaging security for the building and grounds
\nMaintaining and facilitating of utilities, phone, IT and office equipment
\nManaging reception, maintenance, mail, and archiving services for the business
\nManaging cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling within the business
\nManaging facilities team and front office staff
\nPlanning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
\nResponding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise<\/p>\n
Essential requirements:<\/p>\n
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. A degree-level qualification in facilities management would be advantageous
\nRelevant experience at a senior level
\nExperience in people management
\nExcellent grasp of the English language
\nTechnical knowledge of building services
\nCompetent with Microsoft Office suite<\/p>\n
