Gatekeeper and first point of contact for principal
\nExtensive diary management and occasional event management
\nFacilitating travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, restaurants and taxis
\nOverseeing expenses
\nHandling all calls affably and efficiently
\nLiaising with other assistants\/PAs as part of a broader team
\nScheduling appointments and board meetings, both internally and externally
\nUpdating and filing corporate documents
\nClient management, including meeting and greeting, conflicts, contracts and billing
\nAdministrative tasks, including booking meeting rooms and lunches, filing and arranging team events
\nCollation and preparation of presentations, proposals and contracts using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
\nMinute taking
\nManaging inboxes and email correspondence
\nOverseeing incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries
\nMaintaining contact database<\/p>\n
Essential requirements:<\/p>\n
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. A degree-level qualification would be advantageous, but is by no means essential
\nExcellent grasp of the English language
\nCompetent with Microsoft Office suite
\nStrong speed typing ability<\/p>\n
