\nKey responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Assisting the events team with a high number of events, ranging from small meetings to award ceremonies
\nAccompanying events manager to both internal and external events
\nPromoting events across all social media platforms
\nSupporting the events manager with logistical and administrative support
\nMaintaining records of all bookings e.g. venue and catering and taking payments where necessary
\nAssisting with creative decisions
\nAttending all meetings to act as a second point of contact
\nAd-hoc duties at events including, but not limited to, guest list management, showing guests to tables and taking coats
\nHelping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion
\nEnsuring all branded items for events arrive on time<\/p>\n
Essential requirements:<\/p>\n
Educated to A-Level standard. A degree is desirable, but not essential
\nProven project management skills
\nStrong commercial acumen
\nConfident with all Microsoft Office packages<\/p>\n
