\nKey responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Acting as the first point of contact and RHP to the director
\nActing on behalf of and representing the director as required, including the management of calls, enquiries and requests, expense authorisation and sign off on business-related decisions
\nReporting back to the director with detailed and accurate notes following any absence
\nAssisting with budget management
\nUndertaking projects on a regular basis, including event planning
\nPersonal assistant tasks for the director, including, but not limited to, diary management, extensive email correspondence and organising both internal and external meetings
\nAttending meetings and producing follow-up notes
\nOrganising complex travel itineraries and travelling with director
\nProviding line management and support to administration and operations teams, including task delegation, training new employees, undertaking appraisals and handling poor performance issues
\nWorking closely with the administration and operations managers to ensure the smooth running of the business, including the maintenance of office stock and supplies and regular database updates<\/p>\n
Essential requirements:<\/p>\n
Educated to a degree level
\nA minimum of five years\u2019 experience in a similar position
\nPrevious team management experience
\nAn in-depth knowledge of the industry
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nCompetent with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Outlook<\/p>\n

Confident working alongside board-level executives and partners
\nUses initiative with minimal supervision
\nDedicated to the quality and accuracy of projects from inception to completion
\nCan manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
