\nKey responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Delegating roles and responsibilities to a team of one to four administration assistants
\nWorking closely with the operations manager to ensure the effective flow of resources throughout the business at all times, adhering to the specific needs of each department
\nLiaising with office suppliers on a daily basis
\nCompiling weekly inventories of office stationery and restocking where necessary
\nCommunicating with administrative staff in every division of the business to oversee all admin needs
\nAd-hoc human resources duties including, but not excluded to, recruitment, training of new employees, reference collection, holiday management and updating the company database<\/p>\n
Essential requirements:<\/p>\n
\u00a0A minimum of five years\u2019 previous management experience
\nHR experience desirable
\nCompetent with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word<\/p>\n
