A desk assistant will often work within a team in an investment bank or hedge fund, serving to assist the business leaders as well as acting as the first line of escalation. Typically supporting an incredibly busy team with day-to-day administration support, a successful desk assistant is an excellent multi-tasker and incredibly organised.
\nA desk assistant will often organise multiple diaries and feel comfortable co-ordinating complex and detailed travel itineraries.
