For example, the average salary rise for placed candidates increased in December in comparison to November \u2013 21% vs 18%. Salary rises have been particularly prevalent in PA recruitment: if you\u2019re looking to <a href=\"\/?page_id=820\">hire a personal assistant in London<\/a>, keep in mind that PA\/EA roles placed between \u00a355K-\u00a365K increased by 25%, compared to Q3.<\/p>\n<p>In Q4, the data revealed that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8% of placements were temp-to-perm<\/li>\n<li>20% more permanent candidates were placed compared to Q3<\/li>\n<li>13% more permanent briefings were received, compared to Q3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When reviewing your retention strategy for secretarial staff, it\u2019s worth noting that 13% of our candidates cited \u2018looking for a new challenge\u2019 as their reason for leaving, up 1% from Q3.
